Our firm was founded in Princeton, Illinois, on January 1st, 1994, in a small rented office at the corner of Main and Peru Streets.  Because of our strong belief in service, integrity, and a “Can-Do” attitude, our company has prospered and grown.  In the fall of 1994, we purchased an older home at 426 N. Main Street in Princeton.  After extensive renovations to the building and grounds, we moved in.  Since this time, we have added the Carriage House and additional office space.  Our facilities are second to none – all designed to provide you with the best service possible.

The Carriage House was designed and built as a guest house – offering potential home buyers visiting Princeton a complimentary night’s stay.  Accommodations include a queen-sized bed, full bath and refrigerator.  If you would like to spend a night with us, just call in advance or e-mail us to check availability.  The Carriage House is located directly behind Success Realty.
